La Cite Collegiale, Student Residence

Construction of a new student residence for La Cite Collegiale in Ottawa's east end. Phase I of this project consists of building a 250-bed facility with 125 suites. This facility is built of a pour-in-place concrete structure. The exterior wall composition will be brick veneer to match the colours of the adjacent buildings
