This lump sum project consists of a circular 12-theatre design being completed on a fast-track schedule. The 60'-high load-bearing masonry construction is augmented by full-height structural steel columns in the central core and an open web steel joist/metal deck roof structure. To provide the highest level of quality in the entertainment market, four of the theatres are THX, incorporating exceptional acoustic characteristics and performance. The exterior building finish is comprised of a decorative exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) with a brick veneer base and includes curtainwall to the main entrance.
