Burnhamthorpe Community Centre Renovation

Renovation of existing community centre and arena. Mostly interior demolition with some structure demolition for tie-in of new building. New structure to gymnasium, program areas, administration and lobby. New entrance, canopy, h/c lift as well as washrooms and change rooms for both the community centre and the arena. Concrete foundations (caissons, caps and grade beams), concrete block walls and steel roof construction. Higher end finishes in lobby area and gymnasium. Upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems (new sprinklers and fire alarm to entire facility).
