This project involved the conversion of an existing, 8-year old building into a casino. Demolition of existing and new interior work was included. Additions to the building, parking lot and landscaping work were also part of the program which consisted of a 6-month design/construction period. In these 6 months, changes to the existing structure included the addition of 2 escalators, a 22-passenger staff elevator, a 2,000 s.f. structural steel mezzanine and a 56-person cafeteria complete with a state-of-the-art kitchen. These new renovations house a casino that holds 450 slot machines and 60 gaming tables.
