Current Progress

The building envelope is complete. Demising walls and suite interior partitions are also complete in both Towers U (mid rise) and V (high rise). Kitchen installation is to the 20^th floor for Tower U and the 37^th floor for Tower V. Over 300 of the 835 suites are complete and ready for PPDI inspection by the client. The lobbies for both towers are prime painted and the stone/tile has started. The landscaping work commenced in May and is proceeding on schedule.

Project Description

This project involves the construction of a 38-storey high rise condominium tower, an 18-storey low rise and two 8-storey mid rise condominium buildings containing 835 suites. The project is part of the Concord Adex "CityPlace" development in which eighteen condominium towers are being built on the Toronto Railway Lands west of Rogers Centre. The CityPlace development, when complete, will cover 44 acres, add over 6,000 condominiums to the Toronto downtown area and will cost $1.5 billion.
