Palisades on the Glen Retirement Home

This project consists of a 22-storey retirement residence with 201 condominium units, rental and respite space; 3 levels underground parking; and ground-level exterior parking. Extensive facilities targeted toward the seniors market on the lower levels include a dining hall with commercial kitchen, chapel/presentation room, wellness centre, therapeutic pool with change area and administrative office.

Also included in the project is a large-scale site preparation and excavation operation, a tower structure consisting of cast-in-place concrete, extensive landscaping and upgraded interior finishes and amenity spaces. Construction of this facility directly adjacent to the Sawmill Creek Valley, which forms part of the Credit Valley Conservation Area, will present unique and significant challenges.
