This project consists of the construction of a 47-storey tower; 16-storey mid-rise building, a 2-storey amenity space and retail space. The buildings will be on a 3-level underground parking garage. When complete, the complex will consist of 883 condominium units and 939 parking spaces, for a total combined GFA of approximately 1.1 million square feet.
The project is part of the Concord Adex "CityPlace" development in which eighteen condominium towers will be built on the Toronto Railway Lands west of Rogers Centre. The CityPlace development, when complete, will cover 44 acres, add over 6,000 condominiums to the Toronto downtown area and will cost $1.5 billion.
