Maple Leaf Square

Both north and south residential tower cranes have been successfully dismantled and removed from the site. Two residential elevators in each tower have been turned over to allow removal of the man/material hoists as well as assist in Owner pre-delivery inspections. To date, the north tower man/material hoist has been disassembled and removed from site, with the south tower hoist expected to follow in early March. All structural activities are complete in the mechanical penthouse, with the focus now on the penthouse envelope and interior finishes. Building systems commissioning is underway and approximately 75% complete, with approximately two weeks until testing begins.
