As a member of our building systems team you will coordinate life safety demonstrations and occupancy reviews, oversee the mechanical/electrical consultants and ensure successful achievement in all value engineering and commissioning and closeout exercises.

Estimating
Your role on Toronto’s estimating team will have you participate in some of the largest bids on the most prestigious ICI projects. Our estimators have successfully bid on some of Toronto’s best known landmarks such as the Air Canada Centre, BCE Place and the Toronto Airport Expansion. As an estimator you will perform quantity takeoffs, prepare and submit bids, as well as participate in tender closings, on a variety of contract management types – including lump sum, construction management, and design-build.
