PCL has worked in the Maritimes since 1967 and in 2002 established a permanent office to build on our past success in the region. From five full time employees three short years ago, to 55 construction professionals today, we continue to thrive and grow as one of the region’s leading general contracting and construction management firms. With a blend of local industry professionals, seasoned employees, and young talent we continue to develop a well rounded team that will provide unsurpassed value to our clients. 

PCL Atlantic Canada currently has more than $90 million of construction management work under way and we have undertaken design build projects in the last five years that exceed $200 million. However, we have also been very successful at retaining our client focused approach with numerous smaller special projects that range in scope from hanging a door, to high end interior renovations, to stand-alone buildings that approach the $1 million value.
